After visiting your home and meeting with you to discuss your home addition, I will measure your existing home. I will prepare preliminary drawings for your review.

The design will be adjusted until they meet your approval.
Then when requested, I will add additional details to allow you to obtain bids on the project to be sure the design meets your budget before we proceed.

When you're ready, the plans will be completed with the necessary details to obtain the building permit. All information will be added to the plans so your builder can begin construction.
